Ratih D. Item is a veteran in the Indonesian financial industry with more than 30 years of professional experience. Prior to establishing ARS Corporate Finance, Ratih has held various management position in Sucorinvest Securities for a period of 13 years with her last position as the President Director of the organisation. 

Her long list of accolades include her nomination as the Best CEO for the category of the Executive of Securities Company in 2012 by Berita Satu Holding. Before venturing into capital markets, her career in banking started at Bank Niaga as a management trainee. She continued her banking career as the Vice President of Corporate Banking in Permata Bank and as the Senior Vice President of the Corporate and Institutional Banking group in Standard Chartered Indonesia whose responsibilities include overseeing all regions in Indonesia outside Jakarta.

She obtained her Bachelors of Law from the University of Airlangga and Management executive education from INSEAD, France. In addition to that, she has participated various international programs in Asia, UK and USA for credit and trade skills at organisations such as SCB, Omega, and the Manchester Business School.

A. Siwiwardhani has more than 17 years of professional experience in the financial industry involving areas such as commercial and investment banking. Her past experiences include leading the management of various capital market transactions for State-Owned, Multinational, and Blue Chip National Companies for Equity (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM), Merger & Acquisition, and Financial Advisory.

Prior to establishing ARS Corporate Finance, she has held numerous positions as the Investment Banking Director of Sucorinvest Securities, the Head of DCM of Bank ANZ Indonesia and CEO of PT ANZ Securities Indonesia, SVP & Head of Wholesales Bank HSBC Amanah Indonesia, Director & Head of DCM CIMB Securities Indonesia, VP of Business Advisory of PNM Investment Management and VP of Investment Banking of Trimegah Sekuritas.

She obtained her Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Indonesia and a Masters (MSc) in Financial Management from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scotland, United Kingdom.
